Brisbane Botanic Gardens

Travelling with 3 children is very difficult.  Most of the time, they become easily impatient and tired of going around.  Because of this, every time we visit a new city, Pinky and I always make sure to check out first if they offer the “Hop-on, Hop-off” service and, if they do, this becomes numero uno in our to-do list.

One of the more memorable stops that we had with our bus tour was the Brisbane Botanic Gardens, which was located North of the city.  Although not all the plants were in full bloom (since it was the tail-end of winter), we all found the place to be still very beautiful and relaxing.  I particularly love the Japanese Garden, which featured bonsais and other perfectly manicured plants, and the children’s trail, which led to special surprises inside the garden.

These are just some of the many photos we took of this place. I hope you enjoy them.

  1. Hon, the “karate kids” pic seem to have been cut from the post… 😦 Yup, the botanical gardens was definitely one of the highlights of our Brisbane visit.

    Labyu too! Mwah! 😳

    • Hon, oo nga, I noticed that too. For some reason there must be a glitch in the system kasi I posted the picture several times already and it still does not appear when I save it. Grr!

  2. i missed your posts! welcome back! 🙂

    • Hi Gracita! Yes, it’s been a while. Thanks for still dropping by.
