Buhay Tamad

It never ceases to amaze me at how people here in the Mid East work at such a different pace.  Deadlines don’t mean a thing in this part of the globe.  Oh, wait, let me correct myself.  Deadlines do exist but they (the locals) just have a different meaning for it.  Roughly translated, deadlines mean look for a Pinoy who can work their ass and finish the job.

Hay! Modesty aside, this place should be happy that there are so many Pinoys who are willing to endure the hardships of working abroad just in order to support their families back home.  Without them (us), this place will be lost! Naks, yabang!

Papaano ba yan, people in this region don’t understand what an 8-5 job means.  To most of them, this means coming to work at 9:30 am (at the earliest) and leaving 30 minutes before 5! When they are in the office naman panay ang AIDS (“as if doing something”).  No wonder things take a longer time to finish here.

Anyway, as most of the Pinoys here would say, count your blessings.  Kung masipag silang mag trabaho eh wala tayo dito.  I know it is such a “Bagong Bayani” mentality but it is so true.

good luck and God bless! 😀

Meron kayang kukuha sa kanila given that most of them have the dreaded “double T combo” (as in tamad na, tanga pa!)… I wonder…that would be the day when most ex-Mideast OFW Pinoys the world over would collectively smirk and say… “Beh, buti nga!”. Hahaha! 😆

    isang maliking WALA!

  3. ay ganon, mga tamad pala ang mga yan. paano nalang kaya sila kong wala ang matitiyagang pinoy? speaking of tamad, meron rin yan dito sa amin. remember my boss, that wicked witch at the 4th floor. heheheh

oh, nell, it’s nice to know na kahit diyan may mga T rin. akala ko, ako lang ang minamalas sa mga katrabaho 🙂

Ehehehe..

Monito Monita muna tayo.. sali ka ha 😛
