Marga’s 3rd month

Marga celebrated her third month birthday yesterday.  It has been a family tradition to celebrate the monthly birthdays of our children until they turn one.  However, unlike before when we had other family members around to celebrate with us,  our birthday celebration now was definitely more simple.

Pinky just prepared roasted chicken, mashed potatoes and some peas and carrots (Yum!).  I bought a small ice cream cake from Baskin Robbins (di uso ang Red Ribbon or Goldilocks dito) while the two boys provided the noise (lots of noise!).

We received some text messages and phone calls from our family back home. Mom sent a tear jerking message for the children.  It sure is a lot different not having them here to celebrate.

I guess our children will just have to start getting use to having more simple birthday celebrations, at least for the next two years.  Marga, never mind I’ll make it up to you by giving you a grand 18th birthday… something that will rival the parties thrown by Kuya Germs for his That’s Entertainment starlets… ngek!  How dated!

Hope to be able to post some pictures soon…
