Weekend Updates

Oh, I just wanted to update you guys that our family has been busy doing so many different things. The children just ended their week long vacation and went back to school this morning. Yesterday, Pinky, Luigi and Rafael started doing their Science Fair projects, which I should say looked absolutely great (and I say that without any biases). I’ll try to check if Pinky or the kids plan to post about these, otherwise, I’ll try to steal a few pictures so I can post it here.

Ira, my nephew, is still in the hospital but has started his way to recovery. He has been confined for more than a week now but the latest news I heard is that he is now eating regular food (i.e. fried chciken and ice cream!). Previously, they inserted a feeding tube on his nose since he could not take anything orally. Despite his regained appetite, we still need your help in praying for him.

Pinky and I have also been very busy visiting the sites of our friends from Litratong Pinoy and making comments on their pictures. Gosh, I never knew that joining a group like this entails so much time. Imagine visiting 50 or more blogsites and leaving comments on each one. In addition to this, there are also people who comment on your site and you also have to reply to those too. Whew! I am not complaining but now I know how hard it is to have a blogsite that is visited by other people … hehehe.

So there, all has been well in this part of the world. I hope the same goes for all of you

The week that passed was truly jam-packed but also very “fruitful”. Hope we get to finish the boys’ projects soon!

I agree. The boys enjoy those times that they have you solo. I’m sure they would love to have more of that.

That’s also my problem. That is why most of the time I am not able to bloghop. have you seen my blogroll kung gano kadami naka lista doon? OMGulay! Pero ang way ko to solve it is dinadalaw ko kaunaunahan yung mga palaging nagiiwan ng comments sa blog ko tapos yung mga paborito kng basahin. In that way nakakapag prioritize ako. pag di na ako dinadalaw nung blogger, di ko na muna sya pinupuntahan kasi either busy o hiatus. then saka ko sila dinadalaw once a week. basta unahin mo yung mga nagiiwan ng comments kasi ibig sabihin yun ang regular readers mo.

pag kasi walang prioritization naku mamiisinterpret ka na suplado o suplada. sa sobra dami ko abubot sa blog ko minsan di na ako talaga nakakadalaw and palagi ako namimisinterpret.

hay pero part yan ng pagiging blogger pare.

sana makapag self hosted blog na kayo ni pinky para kahit papano yung time na iniispent nyo sa internet ay kumikita na kayo. sayang din pandagdag sa kita.

ay isa pa. take it few at a time ang commenting. yunbang 3 mula ngayong umaga, 3 blog sa hapon tapos 3 blog sa gabi. by that time makikita mo nalibot mo na buong blogosphere sa loob ng isang linggo. pag kasi isang buhos ang dalaw mo talagang time consuming.

Bluep, maraming salamat sa iyong dasal. Salamat din sa iyong tip. Sa totoo lang, nabigla ako sa LP dahil usually a few people lang visit and comment on my blog regularly. Tapos, isa lang ang PC namin sa bahay so nag-aagawan kami ni Pinky (when our boys are not using the computer). Of course, Pinky gets priority in our house since I get to use the Internet naman in the office… ooops, buking!

Your tips are great. I think dapat ngang i-proiritize lang ang pag-ikot kungdi mauubos talaga ang panahon mo. I also found Bloglines to be very useful (this I learned from Meeya) since at least nababasa mo yung mga feeds in one page.

I think hindi pa kami ni Pinky ready for self-hosted blogs. Although gusto ko nga sana ng extra mullah, mukhang hindi ko kaya right now yung mga ka pepe mo. Hindi naman ako ganoon ka bihasa sa pagsulat (especially sa mga topics na di ko naman alam). Anyway, hihingi ako siguardo ng tulomg sa iyo kapag ready na kami.

O siya, umikot ka na ulit…

glad to hear that ira’s getting better, i’ll continously pray for him. now, how’s your family? hope all is well

Thanks, Nell, Sorry I was not able to reply sooner. Ira is much better now. He is out of the hospital but still undergoing therapy. Thank you for all your prayers.

ira’s in my prayers.

na-windang ka ba sa kaka-bloghop? haha! ayan at least naka-relate ka na. kami nga ni weng, we’ve also joined other photomemes (2 sa akin, i think 3 for weng) and we are posting “answers” on two blogs each, haha! killing me softly ang byuti ko hehe.

pero enjoy rin naman di ba? we get to interact with a lot of people and improve our photography skills. and of course, i enjoy getting visited din, hehe.

ps. it was ALW on AI this week ha? siguro huwag mo nang panoorin, baka mapa-harakiri ka lang sa lameness ng performance ng idols haha!

Meeya, oo na-windang ako sa LP. I never expected it to be that difficult. Super excited kami ni Pinky to look for pictures and to check what other people did… kaso we never expected that it would eat up so much of our time. Anyway, it’s good kind of harassment anyway.

I actually got to chat with Weng one time and asked her how you guys manage to visit all those blogs (mine included) especially since you have to take care of Abby and Ninna, not to mention your respective hubbies. Secret daw… mukhang nahanap niyo yung bato ni Narda, no?

I was so excited pa naman to know that AI is doing ALW. First time. Your feedback, however, does not sound nice so medyo nakaka dismaya. Anyway, the Idols seem to be doing that to all the music legends … from Beatles to ALW… wow, siyempre I had to force ALW to go mainstream… hehehe!
